Some Financial Coordinator Guru Details:

• Explains financial policy and obtain signed financial agreements on what works best for the patient and our team
• Obtain and document current insurance information for patients
• Coordinate with our outsources Insurance financial resource for up-to-date coverage information for our patients
• Receive payments due at the time of service
• Manage Accounts receivable and help our patients to get current with their care investment
• Collect EOBs from all sources from insurance companies and scan them into the format needed for our outsource team to evaluate
• Interact with insurance companies to clarify any issues on payments of outstanding claims
• Present financial treatment plans in conjunction with the clinical team or alone
• Work toward daily, weekly, monthly, and annual collection and team goals
