My name is Jeff Falkenstein. I have been a part of this amazing dental practice for many years in various ways, but I assumed the job of office manager in October of 2015. I have four incredible children, who keep me grounded and keep me young.

Alicia Winslow
Alicia Winslow is a 2016 graduate of LSU where she earned a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. It is her goal to make a difference and educate her patients on their oral health care and wants them to feel comfortable and confident with each visit. Alicia recently assumed the job of office manager in September of 2024.

Mary Cathrine Lyle
Mary Cathrine graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She was born and raised in Mandeville, where she now resides with her husband, Justin, and three boys, Teddy (6), Jackson (4), and Beckham (1).

Valerie Mouille Daniel
My name is Valerie Mouille Daniel. I received my bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. I also have a bachelor of science degree in health promotion from the University of New Orleans. Dr. Carr has been my amazing boss since 2006 and it has been a pleasure working for her.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She was born and raised in Washington Parish but now resides in Covington, LA. If she isn't reading a good book, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Bethany Smart
Bethany has been Dr. Carr's assistant since 2022. She loves to make her patients comfortable at every visit, and strives to have them leave happier and healthier! She currently lives in the city of Amite, Louisiana, with her husband, Dakota, and their sweet baby Archie. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends.
